Hi everyone. This is a notice on the shipping for all Pre-Orders. 

Firstly, for any first time customers, we'd like to apologise for this experience. Our process from packing to shipping is usually very streamlined and quick, many reviews do mention it. Then we always offer our best to service the customers satisfaction. To all our 'second or more' time buyers, we thank you for coming back and loving our Joxsox and are again, sorry for this delay.

All orders will be shipped out ASAP. We're in contact with our courier and it is hard to get estimated times out of these companies.

A big Father's Day sale is around the corner, so if you're very keen on trying your Pre-Ordered undies before our sale, we'd most certainly be happy to upgrade you to express shipping for your Pre-Order. As we mentioned, 2 Bamboo Sox will be added to every Pre-Order.

It was never our intention nor did we think this delay would happen. But we're aware of these now long shipping times, that were never an issue for us in our previous 11 months of running our brand.
